Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- You retain access to the service until the end of the paid period.
- We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
Credits (Musavox, Probatio)
- Credits that have been used for processing are non-refundable.
- If a processing job fails due to a system error, the credit is automatically refunded to your account.
- Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not carry over (unless specified in your plan).
Forensic Cases (Probatio)
- Payment is required before forensic analysis begins.
- Once analysis has started, the fee is non-refundable.
- If analysis cannot be completed due to a system error, a full refund will be issued.
Enterprise Plans
- Enterprise agreements are governed by individual contract terms.

How to Request a Refund

- Include your account email and reason for the request.
- Refund requests are processed within 5–10 business days.
