Uploaded Content

  • Musavox: Audio files uploaded for lyrics transcription processing.
  • Probatio: Audio files uploaded for forensic analysis and copyright similarity detection.
  • Musyn: No user file uploads. Musyn processes publicly available data and proprietary analytics.

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or full payment details on our servers. We receive and store only transaction confirmations, subscription status, and billing history from Stripe.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Services.
  • To process payments and manage your subscriptions.
  • To communicate with you about your account, updates, and support requests.
  • To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
  • To comply with legal obligations.
  • To improve our AI models and algorithms using aggregated, anonymized data only.

  • Audio files (Musavox, Probatio): Retained for 90 days after processing, then permanently deleted unless otherwise required by a forensic engagement agreement.
  • Account data: Retained while your account is active plus 30 days after account closure.
  • Forensic records (Probatio): Retained per legal requirements and the terms of the forensic engagement, which may extend beyond standard retention periods.
  • Analytics data: Aggregated and anonymized analytics are retained indefinitely.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following categories of third-party service providers:

  • Cloud Infrastructure: For hosting, storage, and compute resources.
  • AI Processing: For machine learning inference and model serving.
  • Payment Processing: Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant) for all payment transactions.
  • Analytics: For understanding usage patterns and improving our Services.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We share data with third-party providers only as necessary to operate the Services.
